TPR – Utility Rate increase notice (projection)

Notice of Potential Utility Rate Increase Posted January 27, 2023 As a result of inflation, Town Council has passed second reading on a 5% utility rate increase. Third and final reading is expected to take place on Feb. 13th. Should Council approve final reading, the change is expected to result in a cost increase of approximately $7 per month for residential properties. Small commercial properties are expected to pay approximately $20 per month if the increase passes, while an increase of around $78 monthly is expected for large commercial properties. Partial Road Closure – 101 Street Posted January 26, 2023 Please be advised that 101 Street (between 100 Avenue and 101 Avenue) will be partially closed starting tomorrow, January 27 at 8:00 AM. Public Works crews will be working to expose and repair a sanitary sewer main. This work is expected to take at least one day to complete. Updates will be provided once work is underway.
