Bridge work is scheduled to take place on the Highway 2 bridge in Peace River from May 22 to 23, 2026. The work will involve seal coat application on the bridge. No full road closures are expected, but traffic will be managed one lane at a time while the work is underway.

Town crews are responding to a water break in the area of 80 Street and 102 Avenue, by the Esso station.
