Pursuant to Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Peace River will hold a Public Hearing before the second reading of Bylaw No.2138 to amend the Town of Peace River Land Use Bylaw.

Bylaw No. 2138 amends the Land Use Bylaw No. 1891 for the purpose of enabling a duplex development. Bylaw No. 2138 redistricts 10318 110 Ave (Lot 12 Block 2 Plan 1616MC) from Residential 1-A District (R-1A) to Residential Two Family District (R-2). A duplex development is a permitted use within the R-2 district.

The Council of the Town of Peace River has given first reading to Bylaw No. 2138 and will hold a public hearing as follows:
