Misery Mountain Ski Hill
Donald Lee provided a summary of the financial position and future plans for the ski hill. The organization is restructuring to offer summer operations.
Peace River Shell Rotary House

Bylaws
Emergency Management Bylaw
The bylaw received first, second, and third reading, it outlines certain emergency management elements, such as requirements to issue a State of Local Emergency.
Subdivision Authority
The bylaw received first, second, and third reading, it establishes the subdivision in the Town of Peace River.
Fees and Charges
The bylaw received first, second, and third reading, it required updating after the passage of the Subdivision Authority bylaw.
New Business
Operating Variance Report
The Operating Variance report was accepted as information, full details in the link above.
Capital Variance Report
The Capital Variance report was accepted as information, full details in the link above.
Downtown Beautification
The Downtown Beautification Briefing Note was accepted as information, full details in the link above.
2020 Neighbourhood Infrastructure Renewal
Council voted to defer the work remaining in Phase 2 and 3 areas of 99 Street for a future year and direct Administration to complete work already in construction for 106 and 108 Avenues.
94 and 95 Avenue Development Standards
Council voted to reallocate the remaining approved budget under the current contract work to 94 and 95 Avenues between 96 Street and 98 Street.
Letter of Support for Peace Library System Ebooks
Council voted to have the Mayor write a letter of support and endorsement for increased access to digital content along with a request that the Federal government investigate the barriers faced by libraries in acquiring digital content, the problems it poses for vulnerable and other demographic groups in Canada and develop a solution that increases public library access to digital content across Canada with said attached resolution to form part of the minutes.
Peace River and County of Northern Lights Fire Department Graduation
Council was enabled to attend the graduation of the new Peace River and County of Northern Lights Fire Fighters.
Transfer of Sagitawa Lookout to Northern Sunrise County
Council approved the transfer of the portion of land SE 1/4 of Section 20-83-21-W5, known as Sagitawa Lookout, to Northern Sunrise County with thanks to the Plaizier family.
Community Services and Museum Boards
Council accepted the Briefing note on the Community Service and Museum Boards.
