Please be aware that Public Works will be burning wood and brush in a lot on Highway 743 (Weberville Road) between City Furniture & Appliances and Best Truck Service, starting today, November 10 in the early afternoon.

If you are traveling along this route and see a fire with accompanying smoke at this location today or tomorrow, be aware that this fire has been scheduled. The fire is expected to burn for the next 24 to 48 hours and will be closely monitored by personnel for the duration of the burn.
