Public Works Update: Week of September 4

Over the next week, our Public Works crews will be busy around town with the following:

• Addressing a sewer backup in the downtown area.
• Downtown beautification: installation of downtown benches, garbage cans and bike racks.
• Replacement lights for the tunnel to high school have been ordered will take four weeks for delivery.
• Curb line painting, weather permitting.
• Pothole patching, weather permitting.
• Road grading, weather permitting.
