Peace Region 55 plus Games – Legacy Grant
GUIDELINES
Organizations and clubs that provide sport, recreation, and activities for adults 55+ years old are invited to apply for small grants as a legacy to the Peace Region 55 plus Summer Games.
Applicants must be within the Peace Region 55 plus Summer Games Region. These include the partner municipalities of Grimshaw, Peace River, County of Northern Lights, Northern Sunrise County, and Municipal District of Peace.
Applications Must be received by the closing date: DECEMBER 19TH, 2022.
- Only completed applications will be reviewed.
- A maximum grant available to any one project is $5,000.00.
- The Peace Region Games Society may require more information than that on the application.
- New program initiatives will be considered.
Grant Purpose
Grants can be used to fund programs costs, activity expenses, and equipment purchases related to active aging sports/activities. Expenses related to hosting a sporting event, tournament or program are acceptable.
