National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women

Today, December 6, flags at all municipal buildings and locations will fly at half-mast in recognition of the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.
This annual observance marks the anniversary of the 1989 murders of 14 young women at l’Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.
