Adopt-a-Grandparent
ABHelp a local senior feel a little more Christmas cheer this Holiday by signing up with the Adopt-a-Grandparent Program! The program is designed to provide gifts to seniors who may not otherwise receive presents this year. To participate in the program, stop by the Town of Peace River Community Services Department from November 14 to December 9, pick up a gift bag, fill the bags with the gifts and return it by December 15. Seniors are referred to this program by either family/ friends or agencies. To ensure participant confidentiality, gifts are delivered by Town of Peace River Staff and screened volunteers.
