Arena Items For Sale
The Town of Peace River has items for sale from the Baytex Energy Centre that have not been repurposed in other Recreation Facilities. At this time the Baytex Energy Centre is undergoing Abatement, so no site access is available.
This equipment is for sale by sealed bid. Offers will be accepted at the Community Service Department Office until June 12, 2019 at 2:30 PM. Offers will not be opened in public, however individuals/companies that are selected will be notified. All items must be clearly marked with bid offer and Identification Item #.
There will be a strictly enforced time period of one-week from June 17th, 2019 to June 21st, 2019 to have material removed from the Baytex Energy Centre. (Between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Immediately after this time period the demolition of the Baytex Energy Centre will commence. Purchaser must ensure that all items are removed by a qualified contractor/electrician/plumber. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to see that items removed are done in a safe manner. The Town of Peace River will supply no equipment to assist in removal.
