103 Street Playground
September 2021 – New Playground for 103 Street Park
This neighbourhood playground will see some construction starting early September. Site grading and excavation for the playground installation will begin within the early part of September. Playground installation and the concrete pad for a small basketball court is scheduled for installation the week of September 27th. All timelines are weather dependent and during this time the site will be closed to the public.
Layout & Design
In the winter of 2020 a neighbourhood survey was made available to help determine design elements and layout of the park. Based on the available budget and feedback from the community a site plan and concept were developed. Both are available below. The installation will take place later this summer.
