Following a series of very productive meetings, we are pleased to announce that agreements have been finalized on several outstanding legal issues.

Highland Helicopters and CanWest have resolved their action on the lease transfer matter.

In support of this resolution, the Town will be discontinuing their appeal of Justice Graesser’s decision.

The agreements also provide for the discontinuance of the conspiracy action against the Town and Northern Air Charters.

All parties are pleased to see these matters resolved through the use of collaborative processes. With agreement reached, we look forward to building on this foundation and developing strong partnerships going forward.
