Holiday Decorating Contest
This year we hosted our first-ever holiday decorating contest, we asked for residents to submit pictures of the holiday decoration setups and, wow, did you deliver. Winners are posted below and runner ups are posted below that. If you have some time this holiday season take a drive around town and check out the beautiful displays.

“Griswold Award” display by C & S.Bagan
- We asked for lights & this house delivered! BONUS – Their light display dances to music! In need of some family fun head over to Upper West Peace and enjoy the show!
“Creative Inflatables” display by A. Banman
- Inflatables bring a fun dimension to the yard! This house gave us multiple characters and we loved picking out our favourites.
“Keeping it Classic” display by D. Mattie
- By far, the hardest category to judge. Every display gives us that classic holiday feeling, but this house was able to capture the holiday spirit in multiple ways. Judges claimed it to be a timeless display!
“Winter Wonderland” display by K.Vogel
- White, bright & oh what a sight! A beautiful elegant display feeling like you are walking through a winter wonderland.
“The Bold Balcony” display by A.Gach
- Standing out from all the rest, this balcony is sure to put a smile on your face! Give Santa a wave if you spot him in the south end.
“Best in the Business” display by TaXcetera Inc.
- Not only did they have a wonderful window display, but staff went above and beyond to decorate the inside of their business to make sure everyone felt the holiday spirit!
