The Town of Peace River offers a variety of grant opportunities throughout the year.
Here's what's available now:
FCSS Grants to Groups
Supports non-profits offering projects and services that enhance the social well-being of individuals and families through promotion or intervention strategies provided at the earliest opportunity. Eligible projects may receive up to 75% of the total cost, to a maximum of $15,000. Deadline: March 7. Call 780-624-1000 for details.
Council Grants to Organizations
Provides financial support to volunteer groups and community organizations that enhance life in Peace River. $50,000 total is available in 2025. Intake period deadlines are March 15, June 15, and Sept. 15.
Business Grants Program
Encourages local business development, revitalization, and tourism enhancement, with $50,000 allocated for 2025. The first intake period runs until March 2.
