Energy Alberta is pursuing a potential nuclear project in the Peace Region, and their first open house is scheduled for March 11!
In supporting this opportunity, the Town of Peace River has declared itself a nuclear host community. We've also joined with neighbouring municipalities to form a Regional Energy Committee to work on these plans.
This is a great chance for people to inform themselves about the initiative and ask questions.
