Request for Proposal #TPR2025002 – Town Property Sale, Formerly Lions Campground
The Town of Peace River is seeking Proposals from suitably experienced proponents to submit a formal plan and bid of ownership for the Town owned property located at 8700 100 Ave (Legal 8421257 B SW-31-83-21-5).
The Town is interested in selling the 4.65 Acre property to a proponent that is interested in redeveloping the site as a campground. The site includes the following assets:
- Washroom/office Building – approximately 1978
- Detached garage – 715 Sq Feet – 2001
- Two picnic shelters & various small sheds
