Peace River’s Volunteer Awards Return
July 31, 2018
For the second year in a row, the Town of Peace River will be honouring the volunteers that keep our community vibrant through the Volunteer Awards.
Until October 1, 2018, we will be accepting nominations for outstanding individuals who have contributed their time and effort. The three categories, Life Long Achievement, Volunteer of the Year, and Emerging Leader help recognize a wide array of volunteer types.
Nominations come from the public so if you know someone who deserves to be recognized please visit our website and fill out a nomination form. All nominations will be reviewed by the Town of Peace River’s Community Services Advisory board, which consist of members of the public, to determine the winners.
