Survey: Rainbow Painted Crosswalk
Did you see or hear about the rainbow crosswalk painted in June 2017? We’d love to know what you thought about it.
In May 2017, Peace River Town Council unanimously approved a pilot project, permitting the painting of the Pride Rainbow crosswalk at 99 Street downtown. The temporary installation was proposed by a group of residents who provided materials and volunteers to do the painting.
Now the Town of Peace River is looking to formalize in policy a means to allow for street art, street murals, and or painted crosswalks at some intersections in town. A component of that involves public feedback. We have launched a short survey (less than nine questions) to generate some public feedback.
