365 Reservoir Replacement and Demolition Project – 2018

The Town of Peace River (the “Town”) request proposals to provide for Professional engineering services for: 365 Reservoir Replacement and Demolition Project – 2018.
The 365 Reservoir and Pump House site was originally a wooden reservoir with a pump house constructed in the 1940’s with an intake from the Peace River. In 1959, a water treatment plant and additional storage was added to the site. Over the years there has been numerous maintenance and renovations projects. The site is no longer used as a water treatment plant but is still in use as a reservoir and pump house.
The project is to: provide a new potable water reservoir; provide a new pumping station complete with emergency generator; and demolish the existing reservoir and pumping station remediate the old reservoir and pumping station site. As well as other related work detailed in the RFP Schedules.

Deadline is 2 PM local time, Friday November 30, 2018 to the Town Office 9911 – 100 Street, Peace River, AB. All proposals must be accompanied with a digital copy of submission in .pdf format. Proposals received that do not comply with the foregoing will be returned to the Consultant(s) without consideration.
