WJS is committed to building strong communities by providing a range of innovative and effective professional services. WJS works within our communities as a service provider to children, youth, adults and families facing difficulties.
Our Family Resilience Program offers services to families to develop the skills and grow understanding to create a strong and supportive family home. This no-cost program accepts referrals from all sources for the ages of children from 7-18 and their families. Families are also able to self-refer to this program.
The FASD program offers free community supports to FASD clients and their Caregivers to connect to services, expand their knowledge of FASD and access the FASD diagnostic clinic. Referrals may be submitted by families or community resources.
The PCAP Program assists women who are capable of becoming pregnant, are pregnant, or up to six months postpartum, from the age of 18 years or older to offer free supports to reduce the impact of alcohol consumption on unborn babies.
