Notice of Public Hearing – Removal of Reserve Designation

Pursuant to Section 647 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Peace River will hold a Public Hearing before considering the removal of Reserve Designation from the legal lot description on two lots, for the purpose of consolidating the Town-owned lots that make up the Peace Regional Pool and Baytex Energy Center site. The two lots with reserve designation are Lot R2, Block 15, Plan 4068TR and Lot R2, Block 14, Plan 4068TR.

The Council of the Town of Peace River will hold a public hearing as follows:
