Environmental Safety, Survival and Awareness

Learn the five basic skills of survival. First aid, fire building, shelters, locating water and finding food. Participants will each receive Bear Awareness (Alberta Safety Council) certification and a certificate from Peace Safety & Environmental Training.
• Use and care of knives and axes
• Compass use
• Survival tips
• Using an axe and saw
• Foraging for plants and snaring
3 Day workshop. One day of practical skills – outdoors
