Neighbourhood Infrastructure Renewal Program Street Lighting Upgrade

This year’s Neighbourhood Renewal Program (NIRP), taking place along 86 Avenue, will also now include an upgrade to LED street lighting. Council accepted the ATCO estimate of $66,572 for streetlight and infrastructure work, to be funded from the project contingency, and Armstrong Constructions price of $15,237.50, to be funded by the project construction contingency. Award of Tender for Peace Regional Recreation Centre

After a pretender qualification and an invite to tender a general contractor for the Peace Regional Recreation Centre has been selected. Marshall Lee Construction was the successful proponent based on the criteria outlined in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The total project amount for construction is $21,990,000.00.
