Fees Bylaw

The cost of lessons and courses at the pool was did not increase. As well fees for development and building permits did not go up.
Tax Rate Bylaw
A new Tax Rate bylaw was set based on the 2017 Approved Budget. This year due to an overall decline in assessed property values, and stagnant revenue needs, individual municipal tax bills will generally be the same or less than in 2016.
Other levies, collected through the municipal tax notices, include the Alberta School Foundation and North Peace Housing Foundation requisitions. Tax Notices will be mailed to property owners by mid-May and all taxes are due on June 30, 2017.
